Positive: La vue, le calme. Logement très bien équipé et propre.

Positive: Très très bon service des personne de l’entretien. J’avais oublié qque chose et ils ont été très accomodantes. Negative: Les frais de 135$ pour entretien Qui ne sont apparus qu’une fois la transaction faite. Je n’utiserai plus Booking. Com. C’était la première fois.

Negative: Le service téléphonique et courriel n’était ni rapide ni efficace puisqu’il ne répondait pas a mes questions ou besoins

Parfait! Positive: Il n’y avait pas .. Negative: Le mot de passé pour wifi n’etait pas disponible.

We really liked staying in the apartment and will recommend it to our friends. Positive: The location is great with amazing view of ski hills if you are at higher floor. Apartment is really spacious, kitchen is fully equipped with everything we might need and even more. AC was quiet and working well. Washrooms, beddings and towels were clean. Apartment was tastefully decorated and felt really homey and comfortable. Negative: We were not told that complex was undergoing reconstruction. Our apartment was on base floor and our view of mountain was partially obstructed. Chairs in the dining area felt quite wobbly. The unit we rented was corner unit and anybody could easily get to our balcony from the side of the building because there wasn’t any fence or railing. Some boards on the deck need to be fixed and there were only three patio chairs by the table. We never met any staff and couldn’t locate reception desk. Even though our phone call was promptly answered, we would prefer to talk to concierge to have our questions answered.
