Good location, wouldn’t use again. Positive: The location was nice. Negative: The listing showed a $200CAD deposit for damages, refunded after inspection. I was charged a $850CAD deposit. I reported to booking.com. Note, the apartment living area is small, and the sofa bed is a twinXL size—too small for two people. With the sofa bed pulled out/in use, the living space is very cramped. The apartment was minimally clean upon arrival. The hosts responded to messages quickly, but I had a difficult time about the deposit. Bedding for the sofa was wet upon our arrival, like the cleaning crew had not had enough time to allow the dryer to work completely.

Other than a great location, I wouldn't recommend. Negative: The instructions were difficult to understand but that may be because we are seniors and not that keylock box savy. Took several phone calls and tries to get into the lockbox. The apartment wasn't very clean - cupboard doors were grimy with fingerprints and food clearly visible. The sheets, linens and pillows were low quality and there was no place to put our luggage other than the floor. Again, difficult for seniors. Should have been a surface of some kind in the bedrooms - a chest or luggage rack.

Appartment mit atemberaubender Aussicht Positive: Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum von Toronto. Das Appartement befindet sich im obersten, vierzigsten Stockwerk des Gebäudes. Von der Wohnung und dem Balkon aus hat man eine super Aussicht auf Toroto's Skyline und Lake Ontario. Die Unterkunft ist gut für 5 Personen geeignet (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa). Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet, mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine, etc. Trotz der Lage im Stadtzentrum ist die Unterkunft mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Das Auto konnten wir für 25$ pro Tag in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Diese befindet sich direkt im Gebäude, in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich; wirkt sehr sicher. Der Parkplatz muss separat über die Webseite des Anbieters gebucht werden. Alternativ gibt es verschiedene Parkhäuser in der Nähe, diese sind aber sehr viel teurer. Die Schlüssel zur Unterkunft und Tiefgarage sind im Eingangsbereich hinterlegt und einfach zu finden.

Unpleasant and nightmare stay in Toronto Positive: Location , Comfort of bed Negative: Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately a complete nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, the self-check-in process was far from user-friendly and caused significant stress. We were delayed by a frustrating 20 minutes because the keys were simply not available, despite clear instructions for self-check-in. This was a poor start to our stay. Upon entering, it became immediately clear that the property did not match the pictures online. The apartment felt unkempt and unprepared for guests. The drawers were all closed and the closets were completely full of personal belongings, making them unusable for our family's clothes and items. This lack of basic guest storage was incredibly inconvenient. Furthermore, the towels in the bathroom were all wet, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. The balcony, a feature we had looked forward to, was also unusable due to its unclean state. However, the most alarming and distressing incident occurred when we received an unsigned email from the host, demanding that my family and I evacuate the flat by midnight. This baseless and threatening message caused immense panic, fear, and made us feel incredibly unsafe. Our stay instantly turned from a planned vacation into a terrifying ordeal, leaving us with a profound sense of insecurity and anxiety for the remainder of our time there. This matter has been raised to the customer service of booking.com along with all relevant supporting documents for their investigation. In summary, what should have been a relaxing trip turned into a deeply unsettling and uncomfortable experience. The combination of check-in issues, misleading property representation, lack of basic amenities, and the terrifying eviction threat made this the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. Strongly not recommended at all.
