Instant Suites Junior Suite at Yorkville ☆☆☆☆☆

The place was great and the host was accommodating however there is a crazy neighbour in 610 that doesn't appreciate having people stay as short term tenants next door so any chance he gets he will come and banging on the door in the early morning and late night. Not only once but pretty much every day or every other day. He will bang vigorously and yell as well. Sometimes we felt the door was going to come off it's hinges. Also the internet was very poor. and the fact that the laundry machine didn't work didn't help either. We we're told by the host that the neighbour is "crazy" Would never want to stay there again.

Security was rude and lazy....did not investigate someone trying to kick the door in the whole night at random repeated times happen 5 different times...I was so scared

Perfect! Positive: Good location to sightsee. Really clean room. Comfortable bed and couch. You can watch Netflix,Amazon prime,YouTube on TV in the room. Wifi works very well. I wanna say that everything that the room has was perfect! 場所もいいし、綺麗やし、ベットふかふか。テレビでネットフリックス、アマゾンプライム、ユーチューブが無料で見れる。Wi-Fi早い。とりあえず全部最高だった！ Negative: 特に無し。

The concierge of the building and staff are extremely helpful

Cash machine... Negative: La réception de la résidence ne disposait pas des informations concernant notre arrivée et le réceptionniste n’as rien fait pour les trouver. Le sol de la chambre est fortement dégradée et les dégradations sont tant bien que mal cachées par un tapis. Dans la cuisine, il n’y a aucun vrai verre juste du plastique ! Pas au niveau des prestations vendues
